For full time permanent position, Unique interviews, screens, tests, and checks for the references of each applicant to narrow the selection to only the most qualified candidates. You can then interview as many candidates as you wish, at your convience. Each individual we recommend will be guaranteed to perform to your standards for a period of three months. If you are not satisfied, we will refund your placement fee up to 100%, based on duration of employment. If you would like to try out an employee on a trial basis, Unique also offers a “temp-to perm” option. After a minimum of fifteen working days, Unique will immediately transfer our employee to your payroll if you are satisfied with the employee’s performance.
If you just need help streamlining the hiring process, Unique provides a screening and testing service with no placement fee charges. You run an advertisement listing Unique’s phone numbers for applicants to call. For a nominal charge, we screen, interview and test until we narrow the selection down to a specified number of qualified candidates. We give you the computerized test scores, references, addresses and phone numbers of the candidates so you can spend your time selecting from qualified individuals rather than answering phone calls.
